What Exactly is Cognitive Hypnotherapy?

Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern, collaborative form of Hypnotherapy which draws from Evolutionary Psychology, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Therapy and NLP to provide a tailored framework aimed at addressing the client’s own unique relationship with their problem.
The therapy is interactive and is based on a thorough understanding of the background and pattern of your issue, and as the therapist I guide you to a new understanding of the problem – one that works for you as an individual.

Rather than aiming to ‘fix’ you, I guide and support you to make the changes yourself so you’re fully involved in the process of your own therapy, and weave in hypnotic suggestions to help embed those changes subconsciously. We work at the pace that’s right for you to be free of the issue permanently and for good.

It isn’t a magic cure, and really is best suited to clients who are willing to be involved in the process of their own therapy.
